CURRENCY CONVERSION
Our store automatically converts prices, including shipping costs, to the currency of your location. Please note that the $100 free shipping threshold may also fluctuate depending on your local currency.
ORDERING
Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online store's checkout. When placing an order, you accept the delivery terms, product prices, and any shipping costs. The ordered items are printed/embroidered on demand, so it is crucial for the customer to verify the order details and products for accuracy.
At the time of ordering, provide an email address to which an order confirmation will be sent. The order confirmation includes the ordered products and their prices. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and to check that the order confirmation is correct to identify any errors. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order.
ACCOUNT AND ORDERS
To view your orders, you can log into your account by clicking the character icon/log in button in the store menu. You can also use the link provided in the order confirmation email to log in with your order email address. Once logged in, you can view both your current and past orders, as well as manage your order details.

ORDER PACKAGING
For your privacy, we ship orders in plain packaging with no logos, and your payment will appear as "SP PRDLTY APPAREL" on your bank statement.
SHIPPING POLICY
Each product is printed on the customer's order, so we hope the customer checks that the order is correct, including the size of the product. The processing duration for your order is depending on the order size. Our products are carefully printed one by one. Typically, it requires 2-4 days of production to prepare your items for shipping. Delivery may take longer depending on the size of the order, holidays, or promotions.

If the value of the order is over $100 USD, we will cover the delivery cost! The shipping company delivers the package to the delivery address or your nearby service point, depending on the size of the order.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
You have the right to exchange or return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange a product(s), or if you have any other questions, please contact us at info@pridelity.com. Please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
In cancellation and return situations, your payment/refund will be returned to your account using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will typically appear in your account within 2-10 business days. Please note that currency exchange rates may slightly affect the final refund amount.
Order Return:
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

The return address is provided in the order confirmation that accompanied your package. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs for your order in cases of return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself using your local postal service or another suitable method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days. Product Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
If the items do not fit and you wish to exchange them, please contact us at info@pridelity.com for detailed information. The return address is provided in the order confirmation that came with your package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to be exchanged. You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself using your local postal service or another suitable method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you whether your exchange has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will send you a new one in the desired size. Please note that the delivery time for your exchanged product(s) may vary depending on your location.

Order Modification and Cancellation:
You have the right to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If more than 2 hours have passed but your order has not yet been processed, modifications may still be possible. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately at info@pridelity.com with your name and order number. Approved refunds will be credited using your original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched, no changes can be made. However, in accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the products.
Please note that failing to pick up a package does not constitute a legal cancellation. If a package is returned to us as uncollected, we can arrange a redelivery if you contact us within 30 days of the return. If no redelivery is agreed upon within this 30-day period, the items will be returned to our inventory for resale, and the order payment will be automatically refunded to the customer. After this period, the order is considered forfeited, and a new purchase must be made if you still wish to receive the products.
Incorrect, Lost or Damaged Product:
We will gladly provide a full refund or a free replacement if the items you receive are incorrect or damaged. If your product/order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us pictures of the item along with your name and order number to info@pridelity.com. In some cases, a refund or replacement can be processed based solely on the provided images, and you are not required to return the damaged product unless you choose to do so.

Late or Missing Refunds:
Typically, the refund will appear in your account within 2-10 business days, though it may take longer in some cases. If you haven’t received a refund, start by checking your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing time before a refund is posted. If, after these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@pridelity.com.

Warranty:
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors, such as incorrect washing treatment or accidents.
Our liability is determined according to applicable law. If you notice that the product is defective, you must contact our customer service, even if the return period has already expired.
Warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
